Care after launch
A monthly retainer for the months after go-live: monitoring, fixes, security patches and the small improvements that pile up between releases. Same-day response, seven days a week, from the team that built the system.
From SAR 1,500 a month, excluding VAT. Most months land under SAR 8,000. Hosting and third-party licences are quoted separately.
The launch is the middle of the project, not the end
A portal that carries real work starts collecting small problems the day it goes live: a browser update breaks a date picker, a payment provider changes a field, a client asks for one more column in a report.
None of those is a project on its own. Together they decide whether people trust the system or quietly stop using it.
A retainer gives you a named team that already knows the code, the data model and the integrations — not a ticket queue that starts by asking for access.
What the retainer covers
Five things, every month
The scope is deliberately narrow enough to price and wide enough to keep a live system healthy.
Monitoring and uptime
Checks on the pages and endpoints that matter, with alerts that reach a person. We see the failure before your clients report it.
Bug fixes
Anything that does not behave as specified is fixed inside the retainer. No estimate, no change request, no argument about whose fault it was.
Small enhancements
A field, a filter, a report, a wording change. Small enough to ship inside the month, useful enough that you stop keeping a list.
Security patches
Framework and dependency updates, applied and regression-tested on a schedule rather than after an incident.
Monthly report
What changed, what broke, what we fixed and what we recommend next. One page, written for the person who signs the invoice.
How a month works
One queue, one owner, one report
The retainer is not a help desk. It is a standing arrangement with a short loop.
- 01
Report and prioritise
At the start of the month we agree what matters most. You see the list, so nothing disappears into a backlog you cannot read.
- 02
Fix and ship
Work goes out in small releases, tested in both languages and on real devices, not held for a quarterly window.
- 03
Review
The monthly report closes the loop: what shipped, what is still open, and what we would do next if it were our system.
What the retainer does not cover
Saying this before the first invoice is cheaper than arguing about it later.
- New modules or redesigns
- A new area of the product is a project with its own scope and date, not a retainer month.
- Hosting and licences
- Cloud hosting, domains, SMS, email and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost or paid directly by you.
- Systems we did not build
- We can take them on, but only after a paid review. Maintaining unknown code without reading it is how outages happen.
- Support for people
- Training your staff or answering your clients is a separate service. The retainer keeps the software running, not the front desk.
Who is on the other end
Rasad has delivered platforms for government entities and private companies since 2021. The same team that builds them keeps them running, which is why the retainer can start without a handover project.

Project and government counts come from the published portfolio; the response window is the one published on the pricing page.
Questions before you sign
What counts as a bug and what counts as a new feature?
A bug is behaviour that differs from what we agreed in writing. A new feature is behaviour nobody agreed to yet. The first is covered; the second is either a small enhancement inside the month or a separate scope, and we tell you which before starting.
How fast do you respond?
Same day, seven days a week. A production outage that stops work gets attention first; a wording change waits for the next release. You always get a reply the same day, even when the fix takes longer.
How many hours are included?
We do not sell the retainer by the hour. You buy a response window and a monthly outcome, and the report shows where the time went. If a month needs more than the band covers, we tell you before we start, not after.
Can we stop the retainer?
Yes. The notice period and the handover are written into the agreement before the first month starts, so you are not locked in by surprise. When it ends, you keep the repository, the runbooks and the current report.
See what the handover includesDo you maintain code another agency wrote?
We can, after a paid review. We read the code, run it, and tell you what we would not touch. If we take it on, the retainer starts after that review, not before it.
Does the retainer include hosting?
No. Hosting is quoted separately so you can see the infrastructure cost on its own line, and move it if you ever leave.

Send us the system, its stack and what breaks most often. We will tell you whether a retainer makes sense, and what it would cover.
30 minutes, no obligation. If your system is stable and small, we will say so.
