What a build costs

Three engagement shapes, published in Saudi riyals, with the delivery window for each. If your project fits one of them, you have a number before you talk to us.

Prices in SAR, excluding VAT. Project bands are one-time fees; retainers are monthly. Dollar figures are indicative at 3.75 and are not invoiced.

Three shapes, three price bands

Almost every project we take starts in one of these. The band is what the shape costs; where your project lands inside it depends on scope.

Shape oneFixed scope

Shape twoMost common

Portal, integrations and launch

The production portal, wired into the systems you already run, with a security review before it carries real client data.

Most projects land under SAR 30,000

Delivery
12–20 weeks

Includes

  • Everything in the MVP

Shape threeMonthly

Care and retainer

From SAR 1,500 / month

Most months land under SAR 8,000

≈ $400 – $2,100 / month

Delivery
Same-day response, seven days a week

Includes

  • Monitoring and uptime
  • Bug fixes
  • Small enhancements
  • Security patches
  • Monthly report
Scope this shape

In every shape, at every price

These are not upsells. They are how we build, and they are the same whether the project is small or large.

The code is yours

Repository, database and deployment configuration are handed over with documentation.

Arabic and English

Both directions from the first screen, including forms, PDFs and email.

Tested on real devices

Phones and tablets, in both languages. Not a desktop browser resized.

Authorization on every path

Checked on the server for every state-changing action, with audit trails.

No lock-in

Hosting stays your decision. Leaving is a deployment, not a migration project.

One team, start to finish

The people in the scoping call stay on the build. No handover to a delivery department.

What moves a quote

Two projects with the same number of screens can land at very different numbers. These are the things that actually change the work.

Extra integrations
Every system adds discovery, data mapping and failure handling. Most of the difference sits here.
Data migration from a legacy system
Old records are rarely clean. The work is in the reconciliation, not the import.
Nafath login or Mada payments
Regulated integrations with their own certification path and review cycle.
Custom SSO or Active Directory
Directory rules, group mapping, and the edge cases your IT team will find in week two.
Rush timeline
Compressing a schedule means parallel work and more people in the same week.
Arabic-first content and review
Writing and reviewing Arabic copy takes a native reviewer, not a translation pass.
Content entry
Hundreds of pages moved by hand and checked in both languages before launch.
A marketing site or sales deck
Sometimes the portal needs a front door. That is a separate scope with its own price.
Ongoing training
Sessions for staff, plus material that lets you repeat them without us.

Why these numbers sit below a traditional agency

We build with AI in the loop for the mechanical parts: scaffolding, test generation, internal tooling, migration scripts. On our own projects that has cut delivery time by roughly half, and price follows time.

The rest is unchanged. Architecture, security, the Arabic interface and the decision about what not to build are still made by people who have shipped this before.

We publish the band because the alternative wastes your time: a discovery call to find out whether we are in your budget at all.

What the numbers rest on

The same figures that appear across the site, not a second set written for the pricing page.

Questions the numbers raise

Are these prices final?

They are the band we quote from. The number inside the band depends on scope: how many systems we connect, how much data moves, how much content you already have. You get a fixed price in writing before work starts.

What is not included?

VAT. Third-party costs — cloud hosting, SMS, payment provider fees, e-invoicing certificates — also sit outside the figure. We list them in the proposal so they do not appear later.

How do we get from a range to a fixed number?

A scoping session, then a document that says what will be built, what will not, and when. The fixed number comes out of that document, not out of a verbal estimate.

Do you work outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We work with companies in Europe, the US and the GCC, in Arabic and English, and we contract in SAR or USD. Delivery runs across time zones; the scoping calls are scheduled in yours.

Why publish prices at all?

Because hiding them costs both sides a call. A published band lets you decide whether an hour with us is worth spending, and it keeps the conversation on scope instead of on anchoring.

Send the scope and we will place it in a band

Tell us what the system has to do and which systems it has to talk to. You get a written scope, a delivery window and a fixed price.

If your project sits outside these three shapes, say so. We will tell you what it would take.
